"advice" for women...

So, here is my question, if I followed all of the advice us women were given for vitamins, creams, supplements, work out regimens, clothing and diets, what would my life be like? How much money would I spend and would it make me happier? How could I get some form of a sponsor to pay for me to follow one form of advice a day from a newsletter. I would love to do this. Even if I end up taking 30 vitamins and joining 40 gyms and wearing pounds of make up, I would just love to prove how much junk we are fed.

This all comes from a morning of filtering my newsletters. Yoga journals, Chatelaine, New York Times, Eat well, LinkedIn, you name it. It is toxic and doesn't stop! I've realized how much time I've wasted reading propaganda and lies which are disguised as advice. Why not just eat well, be active and be healthy rather than being self conscious, scared and potentially in debt.

I know men are bombarded as well.

I am going to think some more about this. I think it is an interesting idea.
